Thanks for those nice comments, Rob, but, just to set the record straight and give credit where it is due – Herbaceous Border was actually set up at Sidmouth Folk Festival by Kurt Sauter from Bourne Borderers in Lincolnshire. He has been running the main evening sessions at Sidmouth since 1999.
I’ve been running HB at the Sidmouth Reunion and a number of other events for the last few years, but Kurt is still our “Head Gardener” as well as the initial inspiration.
